1. How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores?
Contact Customer Care via email or phone at 03-9010 0438 with the product and we will do our best to let you know when the item will be restocked and available to order.

2. Why do product sometimes look different on my computer?
This is one of the most common challenges of shopping online! Different computer monitors display colors differently based on their resolution and the brightness setting.

3. What hours does the Customer Care call center operate?
Our call center hours are Monday-Saturday 9:30 am to 7pm, excluding national holidays. We will respond to every customer as quickly as possible!

4. What forms of payment does your site accept?
We accept:
– Visa Card
– Master card
– Online Banking Transfer

5. How long for the processing time?
– Orders placed by noon EST Monday through Friday will start processing the same day.
– Processing usually takes 1 – 2 business day. A business day is considered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
– Total delivery times include processing and are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.
– Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

6. Are all products ready stock?
Yes, everything selling is ready stock! Products that label with out of stock logo are non-orderable.

However, if the product ordered is out of stock or insufficient quantity, we will contact with you personally by email or phone.

7. How long does it take for an order to ship?
Once an order is placed, it will take approximately 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship.

8. What is the status of my order?
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping carrier.

Please note: if the shipping carrier has not scanned the package yet there may not be any tracking information available. Please contact Customer Service via email hello@mybeautyqueen.co or phone at 03-9010 0438 if you have any questions regarding the status of your order with your order number .

9. Can I cancel my order?
We work hard to process and ship out our orders at exceptional speed. Due to this, we are unable to cancel any orders after they are placed.

10. Can I add to or edit my order?
